Shipping & Return Policy

Standard processing and shipping time is 3–7 business days.
Custom orders may require additional time and can take up to 10 business days to ship.
Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided.
Please note: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Any claims for missing packages must be filed directly with the carrier (e.g., USPS).

Eligible items may be returned within 10 calendar days from the date your order was received.
To qualify for a full refund:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom-made and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item(s) and packaging.
If the damage is determined to have occurred during shipping, we will replace the item at no additional cost to you.
Damage claims must be filed promptly; delays in reporting may affect eligibility for replacement.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
